The Passive House is a new building in East Urbana, designed by Architect Katrin Klingenberg and constructed in 2003. Permaculture gardening will begin in 2004. The site is 0.51 acres; a septic system, shed, dirt pile, and two mature pear trees comprise the major landmarks of the site.
